Job Descriptions: - Proactively cross sell of bank products through outbound calls. - Generate sales income through promoting products and services of bank. - Able to plan sales strategies together with management. - Provide customer service support to all customers and endeavor to deliver excellent service.
Requirements: - SPM / Diploma / Degree holder with minimum 1 year of working experience in Telesales/Telemarketing/Sales & Marketing. - Excellent English communication skills, both spoken & written. - Possess good negotiation skills and probing in handling customers. - Knowledge in banking / financial products is an added advantage. - Self-motivated, target driven with a positive working attitude. - MUST be able to work on rotational shifts & weekends, following an international country Public Holidays. - Working location - Kuala Lumpur & only open to MALAYSIAN citizens.
