- SPM / Diploma / Degree with 2 years working experience in call centre / customer service field. - Fresh Graduates Degree / Master are encouraged to apply. - Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage. - Have positive working attitude and enjoy interacting and assisting with customers. - MUST be able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. - Extensive training will be provided to successful applicants. - Work location: Kuala Lumpur and open to MALAYSIAN citizen only.
