- Handle all reservations request, customer’s enquiries and complaints via phone/email in prompt and professional manner. - Apply proper phone etiquette to manage various customer situations and achieve first call resolutions where necessary. - Effectively provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems to meet their satisfaction. - Supports and understands hotel selling strategy to maximize hotel’s revenue.
Requirements: - SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum 1 year working experience in Customer Service/Call Centre field. - Excellent English communication skills, both written & spoken. - Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills. - Have positive working attitude, enjoy assisting and communicating with customers. - MUST be able to work on shift basis, weekends & Public Holidays. - Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur and only open to MALAYSIAN citizens.
