Handle inbound calls to assist customer on their enquiries and complaint with utmost professionalism.
Provide top notch customer support that leaves the customer happy and satisfied.
Perform after call work (administration work) in accordance to the set procedures with zero defect.
Requirements:
SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum 1 year working experience in Customer Service / Call Centre field.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken & written.
Have positive working attitude and enjoy interacting and assisting with customers.
MUST be able to work on rotational shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
Full professional training will be provided for successful candidates.
