Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
Assist in resolving any administrative problems
Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
Requirements:
·SPM/ Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration with a minimum of 1 year working experience.
·Good attention to detail.
·Methodical and thorough approach to work.
·Good in time management.
·Well Organised.
·Able to start work immediately.
·Open for Malaysian citizens only.
·Must be willing to work in Bukit Damansara.
