JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

•       Provide on-site support for installation, configuration, updating, support and troubleshooting for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.

•       Perform general preventive maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.

•       Operate within customer Standard Operating Procedures.

•       Monitor, operate, manage, troubleshoot and restore to service any terminal service client, personal computers (PC) or notebooks that has authorized access to the network.

REQUIREMENTS:

•       Diploma/Degree in IT related subject with a minimum of 1 year in IT field experience.

•       Excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, for both spoken and written.

•       Certified with Comptia A+, Server + or Microsoft MCSA certificate is preferable.

•       Fresh Graduates Degree are encouraged to apply.

•       MUST possess own transport.
