• Provide top notch customer support that leaves the customer happy and satisfied.
• Convert sales opportunities to walk in customers.
• Providing customers with advisory, product ownership experience and good after sales support to customers.
• Proactively promote and conduct product usage to customers
• Perform other task as and when required

Requirements:

• SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum of 3 years of working experience in related field is encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken & written.
• Credit (A-C) in English, Mathematics and Bahasa Melayu subjects in SPM is a MUST.
• Have positive working attitude and enjoy interacting and assisting with customers.
• MUST be able to work on shift.
• Only open to Malaysians.
