• Handle inbound calls to assist customer on their enquiries and complaint with utmost professionalism.
• Provide top notch customer support that leaves the customer happy and satisfied.
• Perform after call work (administration work) in accordance to the set procedures with zero defect.

Requirements:

• SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum 1 year working experience in Customer Service / Call Centre field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken & written.
• Credit (A-C) in English and Mathematic subjects in SPM is a MUST.
• Have positive working attitude and enjoy interacting and assisting with customers.
• MUST be able to work on rotational shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Full professional training will be provided for successful candidates.
• Fresh Graduates with passion in customer service are encouraged to apply.
