Salary: RM1800-RM2000
Responsibilities:
· Process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations by phone and email on behalf of customers in an efficient and accurate manner.
· Provide customer service and assist with problem resolution in a professional manner.
· Maintain updated knowledge and understanding of hotel selling strategies.
Requirements:
· SPM/Diploma/Degree with minimum 1 year experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service environment.
· Excellent communication in English both spoken and written.
· Willing to work on shift schedules.
· Open to MALAYSIAN citizens only.
· Working location: Kuala Lumpur
