JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
· Supports the Accounts Executive in accounting and administration procedures and reporting.
· Providing accurate, timely maintenance and reconciliation of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
· Compiles and verifies monthly claims, bank reconciliations, petty cash and etc.
· Assist in preparing internal financial reporting, financial statements and monthly reports.
· Perform data entry into the accounting system.
· Maintain proper accounting filing and records.
· Undertaking any ad-hoc duties as and when required by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
· SPM/LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
· Minimum 6 months working experience is required.
· Good command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
· Possess positive attitude, self-motivated and discipline person.
· MUST be meticulous and able to multi task.
· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
