· Involve in development of concept and artwork of all Advertising & Promotion (A&P) tools like website/microsite theme, printed materials (brochure, flyers, and press ad), etc. · Collecting information on external marketing activities like participating in exhibitions, filter and analyses the benefit of the particular event and prepare proposal papers to management for approvals. · Coordinate events such as launching and roadshows like setting up, door gifts, scale model and marketing collaterals logistics, displays, etc. · Prepare marketing budget for ongoing projects and upcoming launch project. · Liaising with relevant personnel and Consultants from Product Development/ Planning/ Contract/ Project Management to compile product information. · Oversee the preparation of Advertising Brief and ensure that briefing to Advertising Agency Preparation of Marketing Plan and overseeing the overall Advertising and promotion campaign. · Build and maintain excellent relationships with relevant Government agencies, authorities, Stakeholders and other organization. · Monitor authority approvals with Kementerian Perumahan & Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT) for annual report and APDL renewal for involved projects. · Monitor sales gallery of the involved project and rectify any issues related to sales gallery. · Assist Manager in executing tasks given by Director, Property Development. · Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by superior.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Diploma and Degree in Business Management / Marketing related discipline · Minimum 3 years of experience in property Sales and Marketing or in similar capacity · Excellent command in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken · Innovative, creative and result oriented person · Young, energetic and able to work independently · Flexible to work long hours, Public Holiday and during weekend · MUST be able to travel out-station/overseas
