·Process all reservation requests, changes and cancellations by phone and email on behalf of customers in an efficient and accurate manner.
·Provide customer service and assist with problem resolution in a professional manner.
·Maintain updated knowledge and understanding of hotel selling strategies.
Requirements:
·SPM/Diploma/Degree with minimum 1 year experience in a Call Centre or Customer Service environment.
·Excellent communication in English both spoken and written.
·Willing to work on shift schedules.
·Open to MALAYSIAN citizens only.
·Working location: Kuala Lumpur
