Job Descriptions:

·         Handle incoming calls using standard processes to respond to enquiry or complaints raised by customers.

·         Provide excellent support at the customer service centre and achieve first call resolutions where necessary.

·         Follow up with customers to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfactions are met.

 

 

Requirements:

  • SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum 1 year working experience in Customer Service/Call Centre field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Have positive working attitude, enjoy assisting and communicating with customers.
  • MUST be able to work on shifts, weekends, Public Holidays.
  • Only open to MALAYSIAN citizens.
