Job Descriptions:
· Handle incoming calls using standard processes to respond to enquiry or complaints raised by customers.
· Provide excellent support at the customer service centre and achieve first call resolutions where necessary.
· Follow up with customers to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfactions are met.
