 Job Descriptions:

·          

·         Handle all reservations request, customer’s enquiries and complaints via phone/email in prompt and professional manner.

·         Apply proper phone etiquette to manage various customer situations.

·         Effectively provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems to meet their satisfaction.

·         Supports and understands hotel selling strategy to maximize hotel’s revenue.

 

 

Requirements:

  • SPM and above with  1 year working experience in Customer Service/Call Centre field.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken & written.
  • Pleasant personality, enjoy assisting and communicating with customers.
  • Possess own transport (or at least able to manage transportation).
  • MUST be able to work on rotational shifts.
  • Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur and only open to MALAYSIAN citizens.
