Job Responsibilities:
Act as a single point of contact for phone calls and emails regarding IT issues and queries.
Record user information, verify and update in the helpdesk system.
Perform 1st level problem troubleshooting via phone.
Document problems, log all problems and inquiries in the helpdesk system, and enter in the ticket detailed description of the problem.
Escalate calls to level 2 resolving group as per defined escalation process.
Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.
Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology with a minimum of 1 year in service desk is required
Incident Management experience – Managing incidents including business expectations and communication.
Preferably with experience in supporting Wintel desktop.
Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Has knowledge in PC hardware.
Degree Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
MUST be able to work on shift.
Willing to work in Cyberjaya.
