Responsibilities:
• Key in data from source of documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms.
• Prepare, compile, scan and validate documents as assigned by supervisor.
• Maintaining records and assisting in billing support.
• Assist other administration task as and when required.
Requirements:
• SPM and above with 2 years of working experience in data entry / cheque clearing processing.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
• Able to type fast with 100% accuracy and speed.
• Computer literate, able to focus and work under pressure.
• Familiar with back office/data processing operations is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur and open to Malaysian citizen ONLY.
• Able to start immediately or with a short notice is an added advantage.
