·Provide assistance, advice and guidance to customers’ enquiries on the products and service
·Greet and customers who walks into the outlet.
·Follow up, resolve and close all cases created as per guideline within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
·Responsible for processing cash and credit card payments.
·Perform all adjustment for any transaction error done as according to guideline within the SLA.
·Implement and adhere to service mannerism guidelines as per company’s direction.
·Handle proper filing for all relevant documents accordingly.
·Update Outlet Manager on issues arise; eg: dispute, missing stocks or any defects in outlet.
·Keep abreast with all of the special promotions and new products or services launched
·Maintain the cleanliness of the outlet.
Requirements:
·SPM/Diploma/Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Service industry.
·Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
·Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
·Passion towards people, technology and telecommunications related product and service.
·Highly motivated, energetic, engaging, resourceful and proactive.
·Excellent teamwork spirit.
·Able to work on shift and to start immediately.
·Open for Malaysian citizens only.
