Perform on-site service operation for Service Delivery Management (i.e. Incident / Problem / Root Cause / Change Management)
Day-to-day operation service calls and workflow management
Responsible in providing technical support deliveries in providing 1st & 2nd level support for Desktop, Printer and Cisco.
To monitor, track and follow through tickets on daily basis.
To closely monitor service tickets to meet Service Level Management (SLA)
To work within the team in a pressurized working environment
To identify areas of support operation improvement to the job function
To implement or enhance service delivery processes and record changes into an operation manual
Job Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical specialization
Minimum of 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Good in spoken and written English
Strong analytical and proactive attitude
Ability to work independently, plan, organize, manage priorities and as part of a team
Formal Microsoft Windows AD certification would be advantaged
Required skill(s): Microsoft Window OS (including Server), Basic Networking (LAN Infrastructure), PC wireless connectivity and remote troubleshooting knowledge
Salary Range: RM2000-RM3000
