Job Description:

  • Identifies and handles customer’s inquiries completely and accurately.
  • Process transactions accurately and respond to customers or clients requests efficiently.
  • Resolves issues and service complaints to ensure customer’s satisfaction.
  • Ensure organization's service level are achieved through immediate resolution of product and service inquiry or complaints.

                                                                                  

Job Requirements:                                           

  • SPM / Diploma or Degree in Customer Service Management or any related field
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Independent, self-confident and highly motivated.
  • Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
  • MUST be able to work on a rotating shift.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Extensive job training will be provided for successful candidates.

 

Salary Range: RM 1800 to RM 3600 + Allowances + Permanent Staff Benefits.
