Job Descriptions:
• Proactively source candidates based on client requirement
• Conduct interview assessment to shortlist candidates for the clients.
• Provide end to end recruitment drive.
• Maintain proper communication between all parties such as the candidates and clients at all time.
• Establishing and maintaining good contacts within the industry practice groups.
• Expand network through social media.
• Oversee all media job advertisement, online job posting, internal website, newspaper and others
• Documentation and other administrative duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in any related field
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Structured, analytical, well-organized and able to work with tight deadlines
• Target and result oriented individual.
• Applicant MUST be willing to be based in Bangsar South
• Fresh IT graduates are encouraged to apply
Salary Range: RM1,800-RM2,500
