Job Descriptions:
• Troubleshoot and support desktop hardware, software applications and basic network connectivity issues to the clients
• Provide diagnosis and resolution of issues for other IT peripherals
• Perform hardware and software installation
• Maintain proper preventive maintenance records and ensure works carryout compliance with the processes and standards
Job Requirements:
• Certificate, Diploma and Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related fields
• Min 6 months to 1 year of working experience in similar role
• Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Knowledge in IT/Desktop support is a MUST
• Possess positive working attitude, highly motivated and result oriented team player
• Applications must be willing to travel as and when required
Salary: RM2,500-RM2,600
