Assalamualaikum wbt and Good day...

We are looking someone who are interested to join/work in Oil and Gas company in Malaysia. We need it IMMEDIATELY!!!.

All positions post here are at Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, MY.

POSITION : DRIVER

Job Requirement
• Possess valid class D & B2 driving license.
• Those with GDL will be an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality.
• Minimum 1 years driving experience.
• Familiar with KL and Selangor routes.
• Good working track record in road safety and summons, punctual, and patient.
• Good oral communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good Health.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Possess good time management.

Job Description
• Responsible to despatch out and collect documents, items and etc from the respective personnel and/or offices/plants on time on behalf of the company.
• Make official utilities payment/application on behalf of the company.
• Management of out-going mails (mailing, stamping and etc).
• General Work (Housekeeper, Driver, Messenger and etc) or equivalent.
• To perform all other tasks as per Company's instructions from time to time.
• To perform driver duties.
• Maintaining vehicles in good conditions.
• To manage tasks as assigned by the management of the company.

POSITION : DRAUGHTSMAN

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
• Required skill(s): AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor software
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.

Responsibilities:
• Study and clarify requirements for drawings submitted by clients and suppliers.
• Prepare Pressure Part and Non-Pressure Part drawings of Bi-Drum water tube, package and combination boilers according to the approved design standards and specifications when assigned by the Engineering Manager.
• Print and compile specified drawings for submission to the relevant authorities (DOE, DOSH, third party, etc).
• Review, check drawings and ensure finalized drawings are according to specifications.
• Prepare drawings for tender submissions according to schedule and liaise with the Sales & Marketing Department with regards to the same.
• Handle all command in AutoCAD and Inventor software and upgrade / update by attending external training programs.
• File all documents and drawings according to the Engineering Design Procedure Manual.
• To perform any other functions that may be assigned form time-to-time.

POSITION : SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (PROCESS EQUIPMENT DIVISION)

Requirements:
 An engineering degree.
 Min 5 years working experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry with strong background in sales management or business development.
 Good technical knowledge of process equipments such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, skid packages and storage tanks used in the oil and gas industry.
 Familiar with Oil and Gas and Petrochemical Industry pre-qualification, tendering and contracting requirements.
 Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
 Excellent service attitude and passionate in working closely with organizations to develop service excellence, people culture and business processes.

Responsibilities:
 Achieve sustainable, profitable growth of identified markets.
 Assist contracts department to achieve departmental objectives especially in activities of marketing, business development, sales & tendering process and after sales service.
 Ongoing follow up with clients from initial enquiry to agreement signing.
 Establish rapport and maintain long term relationship with clients.
 Perform market research in areas of the oil and gas industry, competition, prospective clients and potential for new business.

POSITION : SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEER

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Familiar with using AutoCAD, mechanical and thermal design software for boilers.
• Knowledge of Boiler Design Codes such as BS1113, BS2790 and ASME SECTION 1.
• Experience in designing high pressure boilers using various fuels would be an added advantage
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the design of boilers.
• Preferably Senior Executives/Managers specializing in Mechanical (Boiler) or equivalent
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Full-Time positions available.

Responsibilities:
• To guide, delegate and lead a team of mechanical designers on all project design works relating to boilers, pressure vessels and other auxiliary plants associated with boilers such as economizers and air preheaters.
• Must have ability to work hard in hand with sales team, procurement and production team to provide design conceptualization, cost estimation and optimum fabrication methods.
• Need to have sufficient work knowhow to decide on key operational issues in the Engineering Department and manage the day to day functions of the department.

POSITION : SENIOR ESTIMATION ENGINEER

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Required skill(s): estimate contracts/jobs, preparation of documents, details, analytical, communicate at all level.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
• Knowledge on pressure vessel design, TEMA, ASME and PD (BS) codes.
• Familiar with steel fabrication and site construction works
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Mechanical or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities:
• Prepares proposals and ensures timely submission of computation of Cost estimates in the Material Take-off List and Cost Estimate Summary Sheet
• Requests for Vendor Quotation and performs Bids Evaluation at contract stage
• Monitors and maintains an achievable schedule to ensure that Enquiries are processed within a reasonable period of time to meet submission deadlines for tender proposals for clients
• Responds to the common Technical / Commercial Clarifications required by customers and processes jobs awarded
• Continually sourcing for reliable quotations from more relevent suppliers or vendors to ensure estimation cost are competitive and with more supporting/back up
• Provides support and relevant information for the activities of the sales department and ensures proper filing and handling of Quotation files
• Attends technical / commercial bid clarifications meeting from clients during the pre-award stage and attends the post-award kick off meeting with customers if needed
• Prepares project budget and contract review report prior to project kick off
• Works closely with Project Management, Procurement, Engineering Design, Production and QA/QC Department and ensures all aspects of scope of work required by client and offered by suppliers / sub-vendors are covered in the proposal and ensures profit
• Sources for reliable quotations from suppliers or vendors
• Attends technical / commercial bid clarifications meeting from clients during the pre-award stage and attends the post-award kick off meeting with customers if needed
• Prepares project budget and contract review report prior to project kick off
• Ensures all aspects of scope of work required by client and offered by suppliers / sub-vendors are covered in the proposal and ensures profit and within budget
• Undertakes functions and responsibilities as stipulated by General Manager or Contracts Manager
