Mechanalysis sdn bhd was established in 1995 and it is a Malaysian based Bumiputera Company that specializes in providing Total Facilities Management (TFM) services. We apply a flexible, innovative approach tailored to meet our client requirements in the provision of TFM services and relieve our clients of the distracting chores of servicing, maintenance or managing buildings, facilities or assets, thereby permitting them to fully concentrate on their primary business activities. Originally, Mechanalysis started off with only 3 staff and since then it has grown progressively with a workforce manpower of more than 400 staff to-date. In line with our expansion of clientele, we would like to invite suitably qualified candidate to fill the following position.
TECHNICIAN (MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL/HVAC/FLSS/BMS) (KLANG VALLEY /CYBERJAYA)
Responsibilities:
Continuously strive to achieve optimum manpower utilization, facilities availability and the overall cost effectiveness Enforce operating Specs for the Department. Perform diagnostic and troubleshooting on related system as and when needed. Follow up on any issues and problems generated within area of responsibility. Ensure systems are operated within established Specs and control limits at all times. Perform Preventive Maintenance and contingency plans for all systems and area responsibility. Adhere for compliance to Environment, Health and Safety regulations. Support and participate in ERT programs and training for the entire plant operations. Support ISO 9000 and any other quality certifications, surveillance, and Re-certifications audits. 24 X 7 on call and at site support when needed in case of emergencies. Accept new assignment from Superior as and when required. Work with in-house and external vendors performing electrical or mechanical related series. Perform spare parts inventory count as and when needed. Perform rounds and readings on related systems
Requirements: Possess a certificate / diploma form recognized institutions. Posses a certificate in Air-Conditioning system for HVAC technician Experience in building, hands-on experience in the operation and maintenance of mechanical & electrical equipment, civil works. Experience in rotating equipment, motor pump, alignment etc. Experience in testing and calibrating electrical relay’s and ancillary equipment for electrical technician Experience in maintenance of Air-Cond systems in facilities or buildings Familiar with facilities plant equipment such as HVAC wet and dry, air compressor process vacuum, exhaust, and etc. Immediate position available.
