Chargeman 1 & 2 (Nationwide)
Responsibilities:
Responsible in handling all operation of Electrical and Mechanical aspect of the building. Responsible in handling all civil and structural aspect of the building. Responsible to handle contractors and vendors for maintenance services. Responsible to analyze electrical consumption usage and separate the billing accordingly. Responsible to ensure all calibration for electrical equipment, lift / elevator / good hoist licenses and building fire certificate are updated and valid. Responsible for all maintenance issues complaint by Complex Manager, General Manager and Store Manager under their scope of responsibility. Responsible for maintenance monthly report for Facilities Management Department.
Requirements: Possess Chargeman LV or HT Certificate. Minimum 2-5 years’ working experience in Repair & Maintenance of M & E machinery. Valid registration with Suruhanjaya Tenaga. Experience in HT (11kV and above) switching is preferred. Possess knowledge of air-conditioning and fire-fighting systems and maintenance of civil & structural works. Experience in Refrigeration System will be an added advantage. Able to lead a team of maintenance personnel. Must be computer literate. Able to do Preventive Maintenance and Reports.
