Software Service Engineer (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
Provide onsite survey, planning, installation, commissioning, upgrading and network optimization on software solutions;
Deliver product training to customers and sub-contractors;
Prepare the technical engineering documentations as required;
Coordinate with the customers in acceptance testing;
Provide technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting on Huawei software product etc;
Implement operate & maintain solution in-time and effectively to fulfill customers’ requirements and solve technical issues;
Manage the customer problems and meet the SLA commitment;
Construct and maintain up-to-date network information to ensure accurate and sufficient database for maintenance & troubleshooting
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of related systems implementation and support experience in the mobile network VAS system
Experience in VAS or IN and UNIX or Database (i.e. Informix, Oracle, Sysbase) is an added advantage
Fresh graduate with good result is encouraged to apply
