Job Descriptions: · Handle incoming calls using standard processes to respond to enquiry or complaints raised by customers. · Provide excellent support at the customer service centre and achieve first call resolutions where necessary. · Follow up with customers to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfactions are met.
Requirements: - SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum 2 years working experience in Call Centre / Customer Service field. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written & spoken. - Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills. - Have positive working attitude, enjoy assisting and communicating with customers. - MUST be able to work on shifts, weekends & Public Holidays. - Working location – Kuala Lumpur & only open to MALAYSIAN citizens.
