•Provide on-site support for installation, configuration, updating, support and troubleshooting for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
•Perform general preventive maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
•Operate within customer Standard Operating Procedures.
•Monitor, operate, manage, troubleshoot and restore to service any terminal service client, personal computers (PC) or notebooks that has authorized access to the network.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Diploma/Degree in IT related subject with a minimum of 2 year in IT field experience
•Experience and have knowledge in hardware troubleshooting and Operating System is a MUST.
•Excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, for both spoken and written.
•Able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
•Certified with Comptia A+, Server + or Microsoft MCSA certificate is preferable.
•Fresh Graduates Degree are encouraged to apply.
•MUST possess own transport.
