Job Descriptions: · Handle incoming calls using standard processes to respond to enquiry or complaints raised by customers. · Provide excellent support at the customer service centre and achieve first call resolutions where necessary. · Follow up with customers to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfactions are met.
Requirements: - SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with 2 years working experience in Customer Service/Call Centre field. - Fresh Graduates – Degree / Master with passion in customer service are encouraged to apply. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written & spoken. - Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills. - Have positive working attitude, enjoy assisting and communicating with customers. - Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends & Public Holidays. - Working location: Kuala Lumpur & only open to MALAYSIAN citizens.
