  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers

 

Requirements:

·         SPM/ Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration with a minimum of 1 year working experience.

·         Good attention to detail.

·         Methodical and thorough approach to work.

·         Good in time management.

·         Well Organised.

·         Able to start work immediately.

·         Open for Malaysian citizens only.

·         Must be willing to work in Bukit Damansara.
