Job Descriptions

 

•Proactively source, identify and approach potential candidates

•Reviewing applicants, interviewing, assessing candidates and set up an interview according to the client’s requirements

•Find new clients and foster long term relationship

•Maintaining good rapport with existing clients while giving new service options to further strengthen business relationship

•Negotiating and agreeing the terms and conditions relating to the assignment

•Understanding client’s recruitments, expectations and business nature

•Good knowledge in technology, technical roles, industry terms and able to keep up with current technology trends

•Identify business opportunities within IT industry in Malaysia

•Oversee all media job advertisement, online job posting, internal website, newspaper and other social media platform

•Accomplish weekly, monthly, yearly individual and business sales goals

•Complete Ad-hoc project work as given from time to time

 

Requirements

 

•Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology Human Resource Management/Business Administration/ or other relevant field

•Preferably Senior Executive with min 1-2 years working experience specializing in end-to-end IT/Technology recruitment

•Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken

•Structured, analytical, well-organized and able to work within tight deadlines

•Achieving individual and overall team objectives

•Independent and able to work with minimum supervision and attention

•to details

•Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam or Kuala Lumpur
