Job Responsibilities:
· Greet and attend to walk-in customers. Resolve their request, enquiry and complaint about the company’s products / services.
· Update Outlet Manager on issues arise; e.g.: dispute, missing stocks or any defects in outlet.
· Keep up-to-date with all of the latest promotions and new products / services.
· Maintain the cleanliness of the outlet.
· Follow up, resolve and close all cases created as per guideline within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
· Perform all adjustment for any transaction error done as according to guideline within the SLA.
· Handle proper filing for all relevant documents accordingly.
· Willing to work in Johor Bahru.
Job Requirements:
· SPM/Diploma/Degree with minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Service field.
· Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
· Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
· Enjoy interacting face to face with customers, with passion towards technology and telecommunications related product and service.
· Pleasant personality and able to work in hassle environment.
· Able to work on shift and only open for Malaysian citizens only.
