Job Descriptions: - Handle incoming calls using standard processes to respond to enquiry or complaints raised by customers. - Provide excellent support at the customer service centre and achieve first call resolutions where necessary. - Follow up with customers to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfactions are met.
Requirements: - SPM/Diploma with 5 years working experience in Call Centre field. - Degree with minimum 1 year working experience in Call Centre/Customer Service. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written & spoken. - Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills. - Have positive working attitude, enjoy assisting and communicating with customers. - MUST be able to work on rotational shifts, weekends & Public Holidays. - Willing to work at Petaling Jaya/Damansara & ONLY OPEN TO MALAYSIAN CITIZENS.
