• Handle incoming calls using standard processes to respond to enquiries raised by customers.
• Provide top notch customer support that leaves the customer happy and satisfied.
• Ensure consistent delivery of excellent quality services to customers and clients.
• Perform after call work (administration work) in accordance to the set procedures with zero defect.

Requirements:

• SPM / Diploma or Degree in any field with 1 year experience in Customer Service / Call Centre.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude and enjoy interacting with customers.
• MUST be able to work on a rotating shift, weekend and Public Holidays.
• Fresh graduates with less than 6 months working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Extensive job training will be provided for successful candidates.
