Regional Call Centre Executive – Immediate Hiring!
Job Descriptions: - Handle incoming calls using standard processes to respond to enquiry or complaints raised by customers. - Provide excellent support at the customer service centre and achieve first call resolutions where necessary. - Follow up with customers to resolve issues to ensure customer satisfactions are met.
Requirements: - SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum 1 year working experience in Customer Service/Call Centre field. - Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. - Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills. - Have positive working attitude, enjoy assisting and communicating with customers. - MUST be able to work on shifts, weekends, Public Holidays. - Only open to MALAYSIAN citizens.
