Job Descriptions:
Handle all reservations request, customer’s enquiries and complaints via phone/email in prompt and professional manner.
Apply proper phone etiquette to manage various customer situations.
Effectively provide fast and timely solutions to all customer related problems to meet their satisfaction.
Supports and understands hotel selling strategy to maximize hotel’s revenue.
Requirements:
SPM and above with 1 year working experience in Customer Service/Call Centre field.
Excellent English communication skills, both spoken & written.
Pleasant personality, enjoy assisting and communicating with customers.
Possess own transport (or at least able to manage transportation).
MUST be able to work on rotational shifts.
Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur and only open to MALAYSIAN citizens.
