Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls professionally, provide accurate and timely information.
• Attend to candidates and ensure all online registration are up to date and accurate.
• Sourcing candidate for the recruitment team.
• Conduct phone interview, arrange interviews and assisting candidates.
• Involve in HR administration duties – filing, prepare documents as and when assigned.
Requirements:
• On-going Bachelor Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Human Resource Management or any equivalent field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken & written. Able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate, able to focus and work under pressure.
• Able to work in Shah Alam and open to MALAYSIAN citizens only.
• 2 Internship position(s) for duration of 5 months or more starting from December 2016 onwards.
Allowance: RM500/months
