·Preparing and supervising the production of media documents such as company’s profile / magazine, multimedia programmes, journals and information for websites.
·Designing, writing and/or producing presentations, press releases, articles, leaflets, ‘in-house' journals, reports, publicity brochures, information for web sites, promotional video and press release.
·Managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Linked In and etc
·Uphold the company’s reputations by maintaining lines of communication between the company and public using all form of media and communication.
·Plan and organize events, integrate media into broader public relations campaign and coordinate with other communication activities.
·Liaison with clients in delivering excellent service that will fulfil the client’s needs and expectation.
Requirements:
·Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications / Public Relations / Events Management with 1 year of related working experience.
·Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
·Structured, analytical, well-organized and able to work within tight deadlines.
·Has technical competencies in Editorial & Publication and communication strategy.
·Able to work in a team to achieve individual and overall team objectives.
·Willing to work in Shah Alam and preferably possess own transport.
·Open to MALAYSIAN citizens only.
