Job Description:
Position Title : Telco Customer Care Specialist (56 positions - Immediate Intake!)
•Handle incoming calls professionally and provide accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customers on products and services.
•Keep abreast of the latest information regarding the company products and services.
•Apply proper phone etiquette to manage various customer situations.
•Ensure organization's service level are achieved through immediate resolution of product and service inquiry or complaints.
Requirements:
•SPM / Diploma or Degree in any related field.
•Excellent command in English and Bahasa Malaysia for written and spoken.
•Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
•Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.
•Must be willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holiday.
•Fresh graduates without working experience are encouraged to apply.
Salary Range:
•RM 1800 + Language Allowance (RM500) + OT + Allowance(s) + Incentive (Min RM 300 max RM 1250)
