Responsibilities:

  • Effectively handle outbound calls to customers to introduce and promote company's product

  • Apply the principles of telemarketing, sales and customer focus

  • Provide excellent customer service at a professionalism level at all times

  • Able to attract customer with objective of closing sales

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months working experience in Telesales or Telemarketing

  • SPM, Diploma or Degree in any related field

  • Able to communicate fluently in English and Bahasa Melayu

  • Experience in selling of banking / insurance product will be an advantage

  • Possess good telephone etiquette and persuasion skills

**Salary range : RM 1300 – 1800

**Location : Kuala Lumpur
