MAINTENANCE & ELECTRICAL EXECUTIVE
(Kuala Lumpur - Sri Petaling)

Responsibilities:

To carry out instructions as directed by the Operation/Property/Building Manager and Building Executive To report to the Property/ Building Manager and Building Executive on matters regarding implementation of maintenance & electrical tasks & feedback results. To assist Property Manager in set-up of proper M&E operating system for the properties. To provide support and advisory roles to respective property head pertaining building maintenance. To provide on cost of maintenance including preparing cost projection on the maintenance. To supervise any appointed contractors to carry out building maintenance and repair works. To supervise M&E teams to ensure that the M&E system is in satisfactory state of condition. To coordinate inspections and supervise Building Structure & Architectural work defect and upgrading. Overall supervision and maintenance of the building and to keep it in a good state of condition. To ensure that owners adhere to the House Rules. To provide guidance to subordinate in their work and support to improve the quality work. To execute regular audit to ensure Quality Management System are successfully implemented. Assist Property Manager, Building Manager / Building Executive in the implementation of Quality Management System.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess A4 Chargeman Certificate. Able to write reports in Bahasa Melayu & Bahasa English. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Positive attitude, hardworking & must be a team player.
