SCHUTZ DSLmanufactures 1000 liters Intermediate Bulk Container (IBC) which is widely used by Chemical, Petrochemical, Oleochemical and Food companies.

Chargeman
(Negeri Sembilan)

Responsibilities:

Daily inspection on the electrical main switch board (LV, HT & Transformer);
Follow-up on yearly registration or renewal on HD installation with Energy Commission; Handle Electrical consultant inspection & update status on electric supply condition; Responsible for yearly switch boards’ calibration; Monitoring, testing and maintenance of facilities equipment such as air compressor, chiller and chiller pumps & fire fighting system; To ensure plant electrical is maintained effectively and comply with Energy Commission requirement; Liaise with Lead Technician on service and maintain all existing equipment / machines; Trouble shoot and improve machines condition to minimize breakdowns; To ensure proper and smooth operation of the production line; Adhere to ISO standard for all work done.

Requirements:

Minimum AO Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga; Those with Technical Certificate or Diploma qualification in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent is preferred; At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field and preferably in plastic industry ; Preferred age group 26 - 36 years old; Able to trouble shoot electrical faults independently; Ability to repair and machine maintenance will be highly considered; Knowledge in Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Motor and basic PLC control would be an added advantage ; Posses own vehicle and willing to perform rotating shift work.
