A well establish automotive company in Shah Alam is currently inviting a suitable candidate to join the team as Technical Assistant.
Job Scope
Main tasks : To support leaders on process study eg. Work process instruction, quality improvement, continuous improvement & communication with internal and external customers/suppliers.
•Organize and enforce the quality assurance system so that best offline results can be reached. •Maximize work distribution, work balance and responsibilities in getting maximum efficient results. •Support in quality analysis, integrate findings into quality assurance system and establish a system to maintain preventive measures. •Analyze and provide quick preventive solutions to all internal (dept./area) and external complaints. •Plan, organize and co-ordinate work process instruction activities for new models and new layouts. •Support production operation to achieve the set targets in term quality, output, thru put time, rejection, assembly cost, direct going rate and delivery precision.
Fresh graduates/Diploma holders in related discipline are most welcome to apply.
Salary range between RM1,200 – RM1,500 Salary package : 16% EPF contributions by employer, group hospitalization & PA coverage Uniform provided Performance bonus 5 days working
