Building Maintenance Engineer
(Johor - Senai)
Responsibilities:
• Experienced engineer with minimum 5 years experience in a maintenance team preferably from within a medium to large busy manufacturing environment.
• Although this position requires candidates to have a strong focus towards mechanical engineering, knowledge of electrical systems would be an advantage.
• The individual must have a flexible attitude towards work with considerable drive and determination to achieve results and be willing to support other members of a small team
Requirement:
Key Skills
• Possession of a recognised qualification in mechanical engineering. • Knowledge of computer based Building Management Systems. • Thorough knowledge (practical and theory) of HVAC, refrigeration, compressed air systems and equipment and waste water treatment. • Practical experience of services pipework installations, plumbing, carpentry and general fitting. • Computer literate with the ability to compile reports and maintain plant records.
Desirable Skills
• Previous experience in a supervisory position. • Ability to communicate and understand English. • Knowledge in electrical system is an advantage.
