Service & Support Engineer (Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Raja Chulan)
Support clients via remote control software or phone. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users. Prepare revenue analysis and reports on timely basis. Be the liaison between the internal operational teams and customers in related to technical support issues on 24X7 basis. To provide routine support and regular status report to internal and external parties on timely basis. To be responsible for new system implementations, maintenance and support.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 5 Full-Time positions available. Willing to work shifts. Experience in Networking, Window, Linux Knowledge in MS SQL, MySQL and SQL scripting Able to handle multiple tasks. Good troubleshooting skills. Read, writes and speaks fluent English and Chinese. Analytical, Organized and sense of urgency. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered for junior position and career development
