Fresh Engineer - Telecommunication (RF Planning & Optimization)
(Kuala Lumpur - Berjaya Times Square)

Responsibilities:

• RNC design to support Node B rollout to meet marketing & business requirement
• RNC hardware and software capacity design and monitoring
• RNC traffic & signaling monitoring
• Implementation of new RNCs into U Mobile’s mobile network
• UTRAN network end to end capacity requirement
• Coverage and database optimization
• Continue RAN performance improvement
• Routine KPI & drive test analysis

Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Telecommunication or Electronics Engineering. Able to work independently. Able to work cross functionally. Enthusiastic, adaptable to change & able to work in a fast changing environment. Analytical and good problem solving skills. Ease in dealing with all levels of people. Able to work under pressure and must be a team player.
