Responsibilities:


* Lead and supervise facility staff to carry out weekly maintenance and troubleshooting of all Facility areas. On call to trouble shoot electrical power failure and Facility breakdown.
* Conduct inspection on building facilities and act as Emergency Preparedness Coordinator.
* Responsible to operate, troubleshoot and repair all M&E equipment and installations.
* To carry out corrective, schedule and preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment.
* Provide supervisory assistance over contractors working during and after office hours.
* Maintain proper records of equipment operating and inventory list of critical electrical and component.
* To supervise and ensure all electrical installations are installed according to the regulations set by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
* To supervise job performed by electrical contractors.
* To plan and arrange jobs to be performed during plant shutdown.
* Strong analytical and technical skills to troubleshoot and propose solutions.
* Must be highly motivated with positive attitude and self driven.
* Team player and ability to multi tasks.




Requirements:

* Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
* Required BO Chargeman Certificate (11 kv) from JBE or Suruhanjaya Tenaga and the certificate is required to registered under the company’s name.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
* Min 3-5 years working experience in property management/building maintenance/ complex/highrise building.
* Knowledge in Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulations is an added advantage.
* Familiar with IEEE regulations and SHE procedures.
