Our factory is located in Kamunting, Perak and we manufacture sterile disposable medical devices for the urology, anaesthesia and respiratory markets. Technical Engineer
(Perak - Kamunting)

Responsibilities:

• Suport complaint investigation and recommend its solution.
• Perform process audits to confirm compliance with respect to customer complaints.
• Conduct special study with respect to persistent rejects.
• Propose process improvement for making consistent quality products.
• Perform process monitoring and recommend action whenever necessary.
• Ensure safety/ regulatory compliance in all process and propose changes.
• To conduct periodic training of the people inspecting - process products so that their resources will be efficiently utilized.
• To ensure quality initiatives like TPS, 5S, Poka Yoke are incorporated in all activities related to quality.
• Find new technical green field, modernize current process know how.
• To carry out other duties instructed by immediate superior.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Engineering (Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical, Chemistry or equivalent. Preferably specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Ability to plan; product grouping, test sequence, maximize product usage. Required language(s): English. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Kamunting. Full-Time positions available.
