Electrical Chargeman
(Selangor - Subang Jaya)

Responsibilities:

Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and rectify it to ensure compliance to electrical regulation. Provide technical assistance, solution and perform supervisory duties as required on facilities related work performed by internal personnel or contractor. Evaluate, plan, organize and implement all the maintenance of machineries, facilities equipment and building to ensure a safe and efficient operation in the plant. Seek permission before make any modification. To ensure existing installation and services are in safe and maintain at optimum condition. To ensure all the services are fully compliance to the safety procedures, rules and regulations. Advise and acknowledge superior on potential hazards and non-compliance before make any changes. Promote safety awareness, implement Company’s safety policy and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), improve housekeeping and safety standards in order to reduce risks or hazards to personnel and damage to facilities. To lead and supervise facility staff to carry out maintenance and troubleshooting. To conduct inspection on building facilities and act as Emergency Preparedness Coordinator. To plan and arrange jobs to be performed during plant shutdown to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least BO-1 competent person with professional Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission Body). Preferable qualification Degree in Electrical Engineering. Required skills: Able to handle HT, LV, mechanical equipment such as compressor, pumps, cooling tower and motor. Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in handling and managing facilities, DOSH and improvement projects. Must be highly motivated with positive attitude, self-driven, team player and ability to do multi-tasks. Full-Time position available.
